  • Build partnerships that support long-term business growth while maintaining a high standard of service for referral sources and clients.
  • Uphold organizational values and contribute to a culture centered on compassion, authenticity, accountability, and high-quality care.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support regional growth and partnership objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–7 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare referral networks, market dynamics, and payer landscapes.
  • Proven ability to establish, nurture, and grow relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Strong business development and consultative sales capabilities, with the ability to identify opportunities and build sustainable partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to evaluate performance and inform business development strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present information and respond effectively to questions from leadership, staff, patients, referral partners, and the public.
  • Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or comparable productivity tools.
  • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Comfortable traveling regularly throughout the assigned territory and maintaining a strong regional presence.
