  • Detect and report equipment malfunctions, non-conformances, or process issues to supervisors.

  • Assist with editing G-code or conversational programs as needed to optimize machining performance.

  • Ensure work meets ISO quality standards and document inspection results as required.

Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding tolerances and GD&T.

  • Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and setups.

  • Working knowledge of G-code; ability to make minor edits preferred.

  • Familiar with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software is a plus.

  • Skilled in using precision measurement tools and inspection techniques.

  • Ability to work from setup sheets and work instructions.

  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
