Concrete Crew – Form Setters, Finishers & Laborers in Rapid City, South Dakota at Riddle s Group

Riddle’s Group is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete crew. We are seeking experienced Concrete Form Setters and Finishers, as well as Laborers who are willing to learn and contribute to a strong, team-oriented work environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who take pride in quality work and enjoy hands-on, physical work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set, align, and prepare concrete forms for foundations, flatwork, and other structures

• Assist with pouring, leveling, smoothing, edging, and finishing concrete

• Assist with site preparation, material handling, cleanup, and other general labor duties

• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

• Assist with proper curing and finishing techniques

• Follow project plans, measurements, and instructions from supervisors

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site

• Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors to meet project timelines

• Perform other duties as needed to support the concrete crew

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete forming, finishing, or general construction is preferred, but not required for laborer positions

• Basic understanding of construction tools, materials, and job-site safety is a plus

• Ability to follow directions, measurements, and project plans

• Reliable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

• Valid driver’s license preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Ability to safely use tools and equipment associated with concrete and construction work
