Social Media Manager/ Content Creator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Social Media Manager/ Content Creator based in United States.

This role will drive the social media presence and community engagement of a fast-moving global brand in the financial services and cryptocurrency space.
You will help shape and execute social strategies that connect with local audiences while strengthening brand consistency across channels.
The position combines creative content development, social media operations, trend identification, campaign execution, and performance analysis.
You will create and repurpose compelling content while identifying timely opportunities to generate engagement and increase reach.
Working cross-functionally, you will help maintain a unified brand voice and ensure high-quality execution across social initiatives.
You will also use data, OKRs, and performance insights to evaluate results and continuously improve content strategies.

Accountabilities
  • Help develop and execute social media growth strategies that strengthen brand visibility, audience engagement, and community connection.
  • Ensure social content is locally relevant, culturally appropriate, and operationally effective across target audiences and channels.
  • Establish and maintain clear strategic guidelines for individual social platforms, including content themes, audience targeting, tone, and publishing approaches.
  • Identify emerging trends, relevant conversations, and viral opportunities and translate them into timely social initiatives and engaging content.
  • Conceptualize, create, edit, and repurpose content across social platforms while maintaining strong quality and brand consistency.
  • Support campaign management and coordinate content initiatives from planning through execution and optimization.
  • Contribute to video production, photoshoots, creative development, and other content-production activities as required.
  • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain a unified brand voice, consistent messaging, and high standards of execution.
  • Define social media goals, OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Analyze social performance and conduct data-driven post-mortems to identify successful approaches, improvement opportunities, and ways to increase ROI.
  • Use social media management and publishing tools to organize, schedule, monitor, and optimize content.
  • Stay informed about developments across the financial services and cryptocurrency industries to identify relevant news, trends, conversations, and audience opportunities.
  • Apply emerging AI tools and workflows to improve content creation, research, productivity, and social media execution.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing social media strategies for brands, communities, or consumer-facing organizations.
  • Strong understanding of current AI tools and an AI-native approach to incorporating emerging technologies into everyday workflows.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Hands-on experience with social media management, scheduling, and publishing platforms.
  • Practical experience across content management, campaign management, video production, photoshoots, and social media operations.
  • Ability to independently create, edit, adapt, and repurpose content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Familiarity with design and creative tools is an advantage.
  • Strong interest in financial services, cryptocurrency, and related industries, with the ability to stay current on relevant news, trends, and market developments.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and able to remain composed while working under tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with strong judgment around audience relevance, content quality, timing, and social trends.
