Warehouse Associate in Edison, New Jersey at Culinary Depot

Location: Edison, NJ
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time 8am-5pm

Culinary Depot is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Edison, NJ.

This is more than a role where you'll do the same task every day. You'll have the opportunity to learn different areas of warehouse operations, take on new responsibilities, and grow with the company. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, works hard, and wants to build their skills.

• Support different warehouse departments throughout the day based on business needs.
• Perform quality control (QC) checks to help ensure orders and products meet company standards.
• Organize and maintain bin locations to keep the warehouse efficient and easy to navigate.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory spot checks.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with special projects and other warehouse tasks.
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Learn and contribute across multiple areas of warehouse operations.

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable with physical work, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the day.
• Ability to stay productive without constant supervision.
• A "get it done" mentality and willingness to jump in wherever help is needed.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
