Direct Hire RN Traveler, Home Health

We are delighted to announce that we are offering a Direct Hire Traveler Program for experienced nurses! This program will offer premium rates and the chance for you to utilize your nursing skills in targeted specialties within South County Home Health. Experienced RNs will commit to 13-week assignments with a commitment to work 40 hours/week.

Job Summary:

As a Direct Hire Traveler Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing home health care plans, communicating plans to team members, implementing and re-assessing plans according to patient needs, team communications, and agency standards ensuring the confidentiality of patient information and patient rights.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island
  • Minimum 3 years of acute care experience
  • Valid BLS from American Safety/American Heart Association
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
