  • Monitor project performance, schedules, labor productivity, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery
  • Identify operational risks early and implement corrective action strategies to minimize project impacts
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, building codes, and quality standards across all job sites
  • Improve construction systems, workflows, reporting structures, and field processes to support operational scalability and consistency
  • Partner with Development, Project Management, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align construction execution with company objectives
  • Support workforce planning, hiring, team development, and operational growth initiatives
  • Lead subcontractor and vendor performance expectations to ensure quality execution and accountability
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on communication, ownership, safety, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Experience in multifamily, commercial real estate, and/or affordable housing construction preferred
  • Proven leadership experience building, managing, and scaling high-performing construction and field teams
  • Strong financial acumen including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and operational performance management
