Branch Administrator Opportunity Summary:
The Branch Administrator is responsible for performing all the facility's office administrative duties and being involved in the day-to-day operations. This role will provide direct assistance and support to the Branch Manager, Service team and support the parts and sales departments.
Job Duties:
- Answers and screens all incoming calls and directs them to the appropriate person, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Greets all visitors and conducts them to the appropriate area or person.
- Provides general administrative and clerical support within the organization.
- Orders office supplies and maintains order and accountability of supply inventory.
- Performs other duties, including special projects, as needed, and directed.
- Opens repair orders and creates new customer accounts for technicians. Collects payment that is needed from cash customers.
- Helps maintain and contact customers with past due invoices.
- Sets up and maintains DOT driver files for employees.
- Balances facility cash account (petty cash, daily credit card log deposits, and weekly bank deposits).
- Supports and covers the service department and parts department when needed.
- Work with technicians to relay customer information.
- Assist with Service Department filings, records, and other general office duties.
- Communicate with technicians on customer concerns and work needed.
- Administers personnel-related matters at the facility including preparing new hire paperwork, updating, and maintaining files and computer records for new and existing employees.
Work Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
