- Create, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scenarios to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber.
- Identify, document, and track bugs while collaborating with developers to support issue resolution.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Review technical documentation and user guides before release to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and testing standards.
- Support the team through knowledge sharing and the promotion of testing best practices.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Solid experience with manual software testing and automated testing practices.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright or similar automation tools.
- Knowledge of Selenium, Cucumber, and Gherkin language for behavior-driven development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with API testing tools like Postman is considered a plus.
- Knowledge of test management platforms such as MeloQA, Qase, or similar tools is desirable.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, collaboration skills, and a proactive mindset.
