Accountabilities:
  • Drive enterprise sales growth across India and selected APAC markets by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities within large mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Lead complex sales engagements from early-stage discovery through negotiation, commercial structuring, and contract closure.
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior business, technology, and transformation stakeholders across target industries.
  • Position innovative technology solutions related to digital trust, traceability, sustainability, AI-enabled workflows, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership, product, presales, delivery, and partner teams to strengthen commercial execution and customer engagement.
  • Convert partner-driven conversations, pilot initiatives, and market interest into scalable revenue opportunities.
  • Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline discipline, and strong sales execution standards across all active opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at customer meetings, strategic engagements, and industry events across the territory.
  • Support long-term regional expansion efforts by identifying market trends, customer needs, and strategic growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, technology services, or consultative solution sales with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals with executive-level engagement.
  • Experience building strategic accounts and developing business in greenfield or underpenetrated markets.
  • Strong ability to align technical solutions with business priorities, transformation initiatives, and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with strong executive presence and commercial judgement.
  • Experience managing long and consultative enterprise sales cycles in high-value solution environments.
  • Familiarity with partner-led sales models, ecosystem collaboration, or advisory-driven go-to-market strategies is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as blockchain, Web3, digital identity, AI, ESG, sustainability, or supply chain traceability solutions is considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge of enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDD(P)ICC or similar frameworks is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning capabilities.
  • Fluent business-level English communication skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the region as required for customer engagement and business development activities.
