In this role, you will lead the strategy, evolution, and delivery of innovative payment solutions within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will own the end-to-end payments experience, overseeing customer workflows, payment processing infrastructure, settlement flows, and partner integrations. Working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams, you will shape scalable and reliable payment capabilities that drive measurable business value. This position requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and operational excellence in complex, highly dynamic ecosystems. You will influence product direction at both tactical and executive levels while helping modernize and expand a global payments platform. The role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving large-scale platform challenges, and is passionate about delivering exceptional financial technology experiences. Your work will directly impact scalability, adoption, reliability, and revenue growth across the payments ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments capabilities and infrastructure.
  • Own the full product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through launch, optimization, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and operations teams.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on customer impact, commercial outcomes, and technical feasibility.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for payment ecosystems including gateways, processors, settlement flows, and payment facilitator operations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external payment processors and strategic partners.
  • Conduct customer research, market analysis, and experimentation to validate product opportunities and improve user experiences.
  • Define and monitor KPIs related to product adoption, platform reliability, revenue growth, and operational performance.
  • Present product strategies, roadmap updates, and business impact to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive successful go-to-market initiatives including launch planning, enablement, and adoption strategies.
  • Mentor and influence product management best practices while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with ownership of complex digital or fintech products.
  • Proven experience building, launching, and scaling payments-related products or financial technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of payments ecosystems including gateways, processors, settlement flows, and integrations.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments and leading cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear product direction and execution plans.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar analytics and delivery platforms.
  • Comfortable working with APIs, technical systems, and scalable data-driven products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience within regulated or global payments environments is considered a strong advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and define new initiatives independently.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with growth and advancement opportunities.
  • Fully remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Opportunity to shape and scale a high-impact global payments platform.
  • Collaborative and innovative work culture focused on customer value and continuous improvement.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge fintech and payment technologies.
  • Inclusive and diverse workplace environment that supports professional development.
  • Access to modern tools, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level visibility.
  • Opportunity to work on products used by millions of businesses and large-scale transaction ecosystems.
