Pay Rate: Starting at $28.00/hr (higher depending on experience)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong machining experience who can program, set up, and optimize CNC operations while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD/CAM Programmer to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone with strong machining experience who can program, set up, and optimize CNC operations while ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Develop and modify CAM programs using Fusion 360 or similar software
- Perform machine setup, including tooling, speeds, and feeds
- Interpret and work with G & M code
- Conduct first article inspections and ensure part quality
- Use inspection equipment such as gauges, calipers, and micrometers
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate with operators and team members to improve processes
- Several years of hands-on machining experience
- 2–5 years of CAM programming experience (Fusion 360 preferred; SolidCAM, MasterCAM, or FeatureCAM acceptable)
- Strong understanding of machine setup, tooling, and CNC processes
- Experience with inspection tools and quality checks
- Proven problem-solving skills in a machining environment
- Experience working with HAAS machines
- Technical certification in machining or a related field
- Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- Strong communication skills and ability to share knowledge effectively
