Accountabilities:

In this role, you will lead sales analytics and operations initiatives by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, improving forecasting accuracy, and driving scalable automation across CRM and reporting systems.

  • Lead the development and execution of AI-enabled sales analytics, reporting, and forecasting models across multiple business units
  • Build and maintain predictive models to improve revenue forecasting, pipeline visibility, and scenario planning accuracy
  • Design and deliver executive-level dashboards, automated reports, and data visualizations using advanced analytics tools
  • Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reporting, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all metrics
  • Conduct pipeline and funnel analysis, including conversion rates, velocity, risk identification, and revenue intervention opportunities
  • Perform win/loss and opportunity analysis to identify market trends, pricing effectiveness, and sales behavior insights
  • Optimize CRM systems (Salesforce) through automation, workflow improvements, and AI-driven pipeline scoring enhancements
  • Analyze seller productivity, quota attainment, and territory performance to support strategic resource allocation
  • Build segmentation models using advanced analytics and AI clustering techniques to support go-to-market strategies
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to increase sales efficiency and productivity
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning
  • Deliver compelling executive storytelling combining analytics, insights, and business recommendations
Requirements:

This role requires strong experience in sales operations, advanced analytics, and CRM-driven environments, with the ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for senior leadership.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience in mid-to-large international, matrixed organizations
  • Strong expertise in sales operations, funnel management, and revenue analytics
  • Advanced proficiency in Salesforce and Tableau required
  • Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies (MEDDICC preferred) and go-to-market processes
  • Experience with predictive modeling, AI-enabled analytics, and data visualization tools
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills in a metric-driven environment
  • Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to executive/C-level stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of autonomy, adaptability, and decision-making capability
  • English fluency required; willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
