This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Indirect & Wholesale Dealership Support in the United States.

This role sits at the intersection of dealer relationship management and regional sales leadership, supporting the growth and integration of a large indirect lending and dealership network. You will act as a key strategic connector between newly acquired dealer floorplan relationships and broader indirect banking products, ensuring a consistent and high-quality dealer experience across regions. The position combines hands-on dealer engagement with team leadership responsibilities, requiring both strategic thinking and day-to-day execution discipline. You will manage and coach a regional team of sales representatives while also directly engaging with dealer groups to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships. Operating in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment, you will play a critical role in expanding market penetration and driving channel alignment. This is a highly visible role that blends relationship management, sales strategy, and leadership across a dynamic commercial landscape.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison for the indirect dealer floorplan portfolio, supporting relationship expansion and strategic alignment across 200+ dealer groups.
  • Lead outreach and engagement efforts to position the full indirect product suite and strengthen dealer relationships beyond floorplan services.
  • Collaborate with regional Dealer Development Representatives to ensure coordinated execution of sales and relationship strategies.
  • Act as a key connector between Commercial Floorplan and Indirect Sales teams to enhance alignment and customer experience.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities, process improvements, and strategic enhancements based on dealer insights and market feedback.
  • Manage and develop a regional team of Dealer Development Representatives, providing coaching, performance management, and leadership.
  • Monitor team performance, dealer coverage, and market penetration to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Partner with HR and leadership teams on recruitment, retention, and talent development initiatives.
  • Oversee regional sales budgets and ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Adapt to evolving business priorities and support additional initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience managing a sales or field-based team.
  • At least 3 years of experience in indirect lending, dealer development, or related financial services roles.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex dealer networks and drive strategic sales initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and execution.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $96,500 to $207,500 USD annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for incentive compensation based on performance and business results.
  • Comprehensive benefits package covering health, financial, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Opportunities for career growth within a large, national financial organization.
  • Access to structured leadership development and professional training programs.
  • Flexible, inclusive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and development.
  • Tools and resources to support both individual and team success in a high-performance environment.
