  • Approximately 6+ years of experience in medical communications, scientific writing, or publication planning with leadership responsibilities across multiple accounts or programs.
  • Minimum 2+ years of people management and team leadership experience.
  • Exceptional scientific writing, editing, and data interpretation skills with strong knowledge of publication and medical communication standards.
  • Solid understanding of clinical research, regulatory requirements, and MLR review processes.
  • Strong client-facing communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and scientific content development platforms.

  • Comfortable working in a remote or hybrid environment with occasional travel requirements.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work opportunity within the United States or Canada.
  • Competitive compensation package and full-time employment stability.
