This senior leadership opportunity is ideal for an experienced investor relations executive ready to help shape the market narrative of a rapidly evolving biopharmaceutical organization entering a major growth phase. In this role, you will lead the global investor relations strategy, partnering closely with executive leadership to communicate scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial milestones to the investment community. You will play a critical role in supporting long-term value creation while guiding external positioning during key corporate transitions and product launch preparations. The position offers strong executive visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence investor perception within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment. This role is particularly suited for someone who combines strategic thinking with deep capital markets expertise and exceptional communication skills. Candidates passionate about advancing transformative healthcare solutions while operating at the highest executive level will thrive in this opportunity.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and execute the company’s global investor relations strategy, aligning external communications with broader corporate objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Serve as a primary spokesperson to institutional investors, analysts, and financial stakeholders, building trusted and lasting relationships.
  • Advise executive leadership on investor sentiment, market trends, valuation drivers, and external perceptions during critical corporate milestones.
  • Develop and refine the company narrative in collaboration with corporate communications teams, clearly communicating clinical progress, pipeline developments, and commercialization strategies.
  • Oversee quarterly earnings communications, investor presentations, roadshows, conferences, and shareholder engagement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with R&D, clinical, regulatory, commercialization, finance, and corporate affairs teams to ensure consistency and accuracy in external messaging.
  • Anticipate investor concerns and proactively address questions related to scientific, operational, financial, and strategic developments.
  • Ensure best practices in disclosure policies, compliance, governance, and investor communications as organizational visibility and complexity continue to grow.
  • Build and lead a high-performing investor relations function capable of supporting a commercial-stage organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, PhD, or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in investor relations, corporate affairs, finance, or related leadership roles within biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
  • Proven experience supporting organizations through late-stage clinical development, regulatory milestones, and commercial launches.
  • Deep understanding of capital markets, investor expectations, valuation frameworks, and commercial-stage biopharmaceutical business models.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical development, regulatory pathways, commercialization, and market access strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex scientific and business concepts into compelling investor narratives.
  • Demonstrated success managing high-profile investor interactions during periods of significant organizational growth or transition.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly collaborative environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $252,000 to $315,000 USD.
  • Robust total rewards package including cash compensation and equity opportunities.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and wellness benefits.
  • Strong retirement and financial planning support programs.
  • Significant learning, leadership, and professional development opportunities.
  • Flexible and collaborative work environment with executive-level visibility.
  • Opportunity to contribute to breakthrough innovation within the oncology and biopharmaceutical sectors.
  • Inclusive workplace culture committed to diversity, equity, and professional growth.
