This is a hands-on leadership role for a true floor operator — not a passive manager position. We are seeking a Salaried Restaurant Manager to help lead daily operations and support the opening of this exciting new restaurant. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being a hands-on leader on the floor.

The right candidate will bring strong operational awareness, leadership skills, and a passion for hospitality while helping build a positive and collaborative team culture.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience in full-service, high-volume restaurants
• No fast casual/fast food backgrounds preferred
• Strong ability to lead busy shifts from the floor
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service standards, and team leadership
• Comfortable with scheduling, systems, and day-to-day execution

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Based on Experience: $60K-$65K
