Job Description
The Senior Sourcing Manager (India) is responsible for driving scalable, high-quality Service Partner pipeline generation across priority programs. This role leads sourcing strategy, channel performance, and partner relationships to deliver against aggressive volume, quality, and cost targets. You will act as the India market leader for sourcing—owning performance across paid, organic, and partner channels while directly impacting key funnel metrics (profiles generated, show rate, certification rate, and cost efficiency).
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Strategy & Execution
- Own end-to-end sourcing strategy for India across paid, organic, and referral channels
- Build and execute multi-channel acquisition plans aligned to hiring demand
- Continuously optimize channel mix to maximize volume and efficiency
- Partner with global sourcing leadership to align on quarterly targets and priorities
Channel & Campaign Performance
- Manage performance across key channels (programmatic, paid search, social, partners)
- Track and optimize core metrics including cost per profile, conversion rates, and show rates
- Leverage data insights to scale high-performing channels and eliminate underperformance
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Lead relationships with external partners including media agencies and job boards
- Drive accountability on performance, cost, and SLA delivery
- Identify and onboard new sourcing partners
- Optimize spend allocation based on ROI
Pipeline Health & Delivery
- Own pipeline sufficiency to meet class and program-level demand
- Forecast sourcing output aligned with workforce planning
- Course-correct against risks such as low volume or poor quality
- Deliver against targets for profiles, enrollments, and certifications
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Provide insights on talent supply, channel trends, and pricing
- Identify emerging sourcing opportunities
- Recommend strategic shifts based on performance data
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with Recruiting, Operations, and Workforce teams
- Present performance updates to senior leadership
- Translate data into executive insights
Core Metrics of Success

- Cost per profile / enrollment
- Conversion rates across funnel
- Day 1 show rate

- Pipeline sufficiency
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in sourcing, recruitment marketing, or talent acquisition
- Experience managing high-volume sourcing programs
- Strong experience with paid media and digital sourcing channels
- Vendor management experience
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- BPO or contact center sourcing experience
- Global sourcing exposure
