This role sits at the core of a modern cloud engineering ecosystem, responsible for designing and operating the infrastructure that powers critical internal platforms and employee-facing systems. You will build and scale highly available cloud environments while driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence across distributed systems. Working in a fast-paced, product-driven engineering culture, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure solutions. The position requires deep technical expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD systems, combined with a strong automation-first mindset. You will also play a key role in incident response, ensuring rapid resolution of production issues and maintaining high service availability. This is a high-impact engineering role where reliability, observability, and continuous improvement are central to success.
This role is responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure while ensuring high system reliability, performance, and security across enterprise platforms.
- Architect, build, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS and/or GCP to support mission-critical internal systems and APIs.
- Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to ensure consistent, repeatable, and automated deployments.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, or similar platforms to enable efficient software delivery.
- Implement observability frameworks including monitoring, alerting, dashboards, and performance tracking aligned with key reliability metrics.
- Lead incident response activities, troubleshooting production issues and driving rapid resolution to minimize system downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design resilient, efficient, and scalable infrastructure solutions aligned with business needs.
- Continuously improve system reliability, automation practices, and operational workflows across cloud environments.
This role requires strong cloud engineering expertise, deep automation experience, and the ability to manage large-scale distributed systems with a reliability-first mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering, with expertise in AWS and/or GCP environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes-based containerized systems at scale.
- Proven expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform in large, complex environments.
- Extensive experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines using modern DevOps tools.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages for automation and operational efficiency.
- Experience with observability tools and practices, including monitoring, alerting, and performance optimization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems under pressure.
- Good understanding of AI concepts and their application within modern infrastructure environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional, Agile engineering teams.
