This role is a key leadership position within a large-scale enterprise transformation program, responsible for defining and executing end-to-end testing strategy across complex, integrated systems. You will act as both a hands-on testing expert and a program leader, ensuring the quality, integrity, and readiness of multiple interconnected platforms. The position requires strong executive presence, as you will regularly communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to senior stakeholders and governance teams. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning IT, HR, Finance, Security, and external vendors to align testing efforts and ensure successful system integration. A significant part of your impact will be ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and readiness for go-live across multiple business units. This is a highly visible, remote-first role in the United States requiring strong organizational discipline and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex environment.
In this role, you will own the testing strategy and execution across a multi-system enterprise program while ensuring quality, compliance, and successful delivery.
- Define, document, and execute a comprehensive end-to-end test strategy across multiple legacy and integrated systems.
- Lead system integration testing efforts across APIs, middleware, HRIS, ERP, finance, and identity management platforms.
- Build and maintain detailed test cases, test plans, and execution frameworks aligned with program milestones.
- Manage data reconciliation and validation activities, ensuring data integrity across transformed and migrated systems.
- Oversee defect management, including tracking, triage, root cause analysis, and resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors to ensure alignment on testing scope, dependencies, and timelines.
- Support change readiness and cutover testing to validate production readiness across business units.
- Develop executive-level reporting, including dashboards, risk summaries, and progress updates for senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness testing, including validation of access controls and PII protection.
- Design and support regression and automation testing approaches to improve long-term testing efficiency and stability.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in enterprise testing, strong program management capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong experience in program or project management within large-scale enterprise testing environments.
- Proven expertise in test strategy development, test planning, and execution across complex systems.
- Hands-on experience with data testing, system integration testing, and validation of enterprise platforms.
- Proficiency with testing and collaboration tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management, including tracking, triage, and reporting metrics.
- Experience creating executive-level presentations using PowerPoint and communicating to senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with test automation tools and regression testing frameworks.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
