Position Overview-

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Analyst with 1–2 years of QA experience and hands-on Salesforce testing expertise to join our team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will be responsible for manual testing activities, including functional, regression, SIT, and UAT testing across Salesforce applications. A strong understanding of QA processes, SDLC methodologies, defect tracking, and test documentation is required. Experience with Salesforce Clouds, such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, is mandatory, while knowledge of automation testing tools.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct medium complex technical QA activities related to the Application Under Test (AUT).
• Handson experience with Salesforce testing- Mandatory
• Understand the existing process and analyze users' requirements.
• Prepare testing and reporting documentation such as Test Plans, Test Strategy, and Test Exit Reports throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop test scenarios and write detailed test cases.
• Create and maintain a Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Track defects to closure and maintain an up-to-date defect repository.
• Work individually on projects and complete assigned tasks promptly.
• Collaborate on quality assurance activities within the team and with client teams.
• Support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives for future applications or projects.
• Communicate effectively with the Team Lead to facilitate informed decisions on project progress.
• Be flexible and adapt to new technologies as required.
• Perform Functional Testing, Regression Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Technical and Soft Skills Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) with a strong understanding of testing processes and methodologies.
• Salesforce experience is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Clouds such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Knowledge of Public Sector Solutions and OmniScripts is a plus.
• Good understanding of the QA testing lifecycle, including writing test plans and strategies, and executing manual and functional testing involving data mocking, test execution, validation, and result verification.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business processes and systems to provide suitable client solutions.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong team player with good collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Basic knowledge or familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Provar, Katalon, Copado Robotic Testing, Playwright, or Tosca.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Salesforce Certifications- Mandatory
