This role sits at the intersection of technology, strategy, and enterprise sales, supporting large organizations in transforming how they leverage advanced solutions at scale. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding complex stakeholders through discovery, solution design, and value articulation. The position involves shaping high-impact enterprise opportunities while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across sales, product, and engineering. You will leverage deep technical expertise in cloud, SaaS, and AI-driven environments to design scalable, outcome-focused architectures. Operating in a fast-paced and highly autonomous environment, you will influence both customer decisions and internal product direction. This is a high-visibility role where your insights directly contribute to innovation, growth, and mission-critical customer outcomes.
- Own enterprise technical sales success by designing and delivering tailored solution architectures that address complex customer needs and secure technical wins across large-scale deals.
- Act as a strategic technical leader, building trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders throughout the full customer lifecycle.
- Identify and develop new use cases by uncovering operational challenges and translating them into innovative, scalable solutions.
- Influence product direction by providing structured, data-driven customer insights and feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate closely across Sales, Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Customer Success to accelerate deal execution and customer success.
- Contribute to team excellence by documenting best practices, sharing technical expertise, and continuously improving sales engineering capabilities.
- 8+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles within complex enterprise environments involving multiple stakeholders and long sales cycles.
- Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), SaaS architectures, and integration of AI-driven technologies into enterprise solutions.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Experience working with or exposure to video management systems, access control technologies, or similar enterprise security ecosystems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer challenges into clear technical solutions and compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior business leaders effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong collaboration, autonomy, and problem-solving skills with a track record of influencing cross-functional outcomes.
