MSP, Partner Marketing Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a MSP Customer Marketing Manager in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of partner marketing, lifecycle strategy, and customer expansion within a fast-growing cybersecurity environment. You will be responsible for driving engagement, adoption, and revenue growth across an existing MSP partner base through targeted, data-informed marketing programs. Working closely with Customer Success, Account Management, and Product Marketing teams, you will design and execute campaigns that strengthen long-term partner relationships. The role requires someone who thrives in a hands-on execution environment, where strategy quickly translates into action. You will own multi-channel programs including email nurture flows, webinars, and enablement initiatives tailored to MSP lifecycle needs. This position offers high visibility and direct impact on partner growth, retention, and expansion outcomes in a performance-driven setting.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead MSP lifecycle and expansion marketing programs focused on adoption, retention, and revenue growth
  • Build and manage multi-stage email nurture campaigns tailored to MSP partner journeys
  • Develop and execute MSP-focused initiatives such as webinars, campaigns, and enablement programs
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to create MSP-facing messaging, assets, and sales enablement content
  • Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to align marketing with partner lifecycle needs
  • Work with RevOps to execute and track campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Analyze program performance and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
  • Support MSP communications for product updates, launches, and strategic initiatives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including direct MSP or channel marketing exposure
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Proven track record of building lifecycle, retention, or expansion marketing programs
  • Excellent copywriting skills for email, campaigns, and partner communications
  • Strong understanding of MSP partner ecosystems and lifecycle dynamics
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure, analyze, and optimize performance
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Experience in cybersecurity or related tech environments is a plus
