This leadership role sits at the center of a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program within a global enterprise environment. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end SAP technical delivery, ensuring robust system integration, and maintaining business continuity across critical ERP landscapes. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of SAP development, integration, and BASIS teams. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to define standards, streamline processes, and enable a unified digital ERP ecosystem. With a strong focus on innovation, governance, and operational excellence, you will guide teams through complex transformation initiatives. - Lead SAP Technical Services teams, overseeing development, integration, and BASIS functions across SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Drive end-to-end SAP deployment activities and ensure alignment with enterprise transformation goals and standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals (10–20 members), ensuring high performance, productivity, and delivery excellence.
- Oversee the full SDLC for SAP programs, ensuring structured execution across design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
- Coordinate SAP integrations across functional and technical teams, ensuring seamless business process execution.
- Establish governance frameworks, monitor KPIs, and communicate performance metrics to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with enterprise-wide stakeholders to ensure system stability, business continuity, and process optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of modern SAP practices such as Clean Core and API-first integration.
- 15+ years of overall SAP experience, including large-scale ECC to S/4HANA transformation programs.
- 10+ years of experience managing SAP technical teams and complex delivery environments.
- Strong expertise across SAP technical domains including development, integration, and BASIS administration.
- Proven experience managing teams of 10–20 members and delivering enterprise-scale SAP solutions.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, project lifecycle management, and ERP implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on exposure to SAP BTP, Clean Core architecture, and API-first integration principles.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in complex environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or equivalent experience required.
