Job Description

Senior Sales Executive, Financial Clients - GLLF

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Sales Executive, Financial Clients - GLLF in the United States.

This is a high-impact enterprise sales role focused on driving growth across financial and transactional markets through advanced AI-enabled legal technology solutions. You will be responsible for building and executing end-to-end sales strategies targeting private asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions operating in complex deal environments. The role blends strategic new business development with deep consultative selling, requiring strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels. You will help shape a newly expanding segment, defining repeatable go-to-market motions and influencing how legal and transactional workflows are transformed through technology. Working in a highly collaborative, global environment, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable customer value. This is a builder role for a commercially driven professional who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating structure from the ground up.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full-cycle enterprise sales activities, including prospecting, discovery, value mapping, business case development, negotiation, and closing complex deals within financial and transactional client segments.
  • Build and execute territory and account strategies focused on private equity, hedge funds, and asset management firms, establishing scalable outbound and pipeline generation motions.
  • Engage senior stakeholders across investment, legal, and operations functions, delivering tailored value narratives, demos, and ROI-driven solutions.
  • Develop structured opportunity and mutual action plans to guide multi-threaded deal execution and ensure alignment across buying groups.
  • Translate platform capabilities into clear business outcomes across diligence, review, collaboration, and transactional workflows.
  • Coordinate internal resources including sales engineers, marketing, and product teams to advance complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting, CRM accuracy, and structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDICC) to ensure pipeline visibility and execution rigor.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales experience, ideally within financial services, alternative asset management, or legal/transactional technology environments.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and consistently close high-value enterprise deals.
  • Strong experience selling into senior decision-makers, with the ability to build trust and influence across investment and legal-adjacent functions.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound pipeline generation and building new market segments or territories.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into measurable ROI and customer outcomes.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, Challenger, or solution-based selling approaches.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills with a highly proactive, self-driven mindset.
Benefits
  • Competitive total compensation package with performance-based incentives (target range: $189,000 – $351,000 USD)
  • Flexible remote work arrangements, including time away flexibility to support work-life balance
  • Comprehensive health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance coverage
  • Retirement savings plan with company match (401k)
  • Flexible vacation policy, paid holidays, and additional mental health days
  • Career development programs, continuous learning support, and tuition reimbursement
  • Wellness support including Employee Assistance Programs and mental health resources
  • Inclusive, global work culture with strong emphasis on belonging and collaboration
  • Volunteer time off and social impact opportunities to support community initiatives.
