Position Title: Senior Manager

Dynamis, Inc. is hiring a Senior Manager to support ICE's Worksite Enforcement (WSE) program, a mission central to homeland security, focused on holding employers accountable for compliance with employment eligibility law, reducing illegal employment, and protecting job opportunities for the lawful U.S. workforce. The program centers on Form I-9 inspections and audits, civil and criminal enforcement against employers who knowingly violate the law, and employer outreach and education. This work is carried out in an environment of significantly increased audit volume, expanded enforcement personnel, and heightened scrutiny, conditions that demand disciplined program management and rapid response to surging workload.

Within this context, the Senior Manager serves as the contractor's task manager and primary point of contact for the WSE program, providing management and technical oversight across all contract activities. This role ensures quality, timeliness, and best practices throughout delivery while anticipating and responding to emerging organizational needs. The Senior Manager directs staffing and resource planning, manages risk, and works closely with the COR and designated program POCs to keep performance aligned with ICE's strategic goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day leader for the program, managing all contract activities and the team delivering them.
  • Plan staffing and resources so the right people are in the right place to meet the program's needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the government, meeting regularly with the COR and program leads to share progress and updates.
  • Oversee all projects from a management and technical standpoint, making sure the work is high quality and done right.
  • Review deliverables to confirm they're accurate and on time.
  • Look for ways to improve how the program runs and keep the work aligned with ICE's bigger-picture goals.
  • Support briefings, presentations, training, and other activities that keep the program moving.
  • Stay ahead of risks spotting them early, managing them, and keeping leadership informed.
  • Build deep, hands-on knowledge of the Worksite Enforcement program and how it operates
Requirements:
  • Advanced degree (MA/MS) with at least 10 years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with at least 15 years of relevant experience. Degree preferred in Business, Management, Policy, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 2 years managing personnel and projects of similar scope and nature.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and applied experience across administrative policies, audits, program management, federal contract management, and financial management.
  • Proven strengths in problem solving, critical thinking, and triaging workload under competing priorities.

Preferred:

  • Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or a recognized data programming credential (not required, but highly encouraged).
  • Prior experience supporting DHS, ICE, or comparable federal enforcement or compliance programs.
