In this role, you will support a dynamic legal function by managing litigation and regulatory matters while ensuring smooth coordination across internal teams and external counsel. You will play a key role in tracking legal workflows, monitoring deadlines, and maintaining structured reporting to ensure timely and effective resolution of legal issues. The position involves close collaboration with legal managers and business stakeholders to support high-quality legal operations across contentious and regulatory workstreams. You will also contribute to legal research, document review, and preparation of executive-level summaries to support decision-making. - Manage and track key workflows related to ongoing litigation and regulatory matters, ensuring deadlines and milestones are consistently met.
- Support legal leadership in coordinating tasks across the legal team to ensure efficient prioritization and execution of legal activities.
- Act as a central point of coordination for monitoring project timelines, progress updates, and potential risks or bottlenecks.
- Maintain and improve legal project management tools and reporting systems to enhance efficiency and transparency.
- Conduct legal research, review legal documentation, and prepare concise summaries to support litigation and regulatory workstreams.
- Assist in preparing executive reports, briefings, and updates for senior management on key legal matters.
- Support budget tracking, stakeholder coordination, and administrative tasks related to litigation and regulatory operations.
- Qualified lawyer with a degree in law and foundational experience in legal practice.
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, or contentious legal matters, ideally within an in-house legal environment.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and research skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
