Our Dayton warehouse is a key part of our national fulfillment network, and the person who runs the floor here has a direct impact on how we grow.

What You'll Do
- Lead a team of warehouse associates: assign work, set priorities, and keep orders moving accurately and on time
- Coach and develop your team through training, feedback, and performance reviews
- Own inventory accuracy, from receiving and inspecting shipments to resolving discrepancies
- Keep the floor safe, clean, and organized, and make sure we stay OSHA-compliant
- Work with purchasing, customer service, and transportation to solve problems before they reach the customer
- Track productivity and inventory, and share what you're seeing with management
- Jump in on the floor and run equipment when the team needs a hand

What You Bring
- 2+ years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand truck)
- Basic proficiency with inventory management systems and Microsoft Office/Excel
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics/operations training a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Availability for a 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM shift
