The Seasonal International Monitoring Specialist - Europe will:International Media & Brand Monitoring
- Monitor media coverage, brand mentions and campaign visibility in assigned markets (France, Benelux, Italy and the UK). Monitoring frequency and depth will vary with seasonal activity and business needs. Track press coverage, product launches, retailer activations, and influencer partnerships. Identify opportunities, brand concerns, and reputation-related issues for internal escalation. Maintain media coverage trackers and reporting summaries. Share findings regularly with Digital Engagement, Brand Protection and International Marketing; participate in cross-functional check-ins and incorporate relevant domestic monitoring learnings.
- Monitor influencer, creator, ambassador, and media partner content across international markets. Review content for alignment with brand guidelines, approved messaging, and campaign objectives, and flag potential issues for the appropriate internal owner. Identify high-performing content, engagement trends, and noteworthy partnerships. Flag inaccurate, inappropriate, or off-brand content for internal review. Maintain influencer and partner tracking databases and reporting.
- Proactively monitor relevant social platforms across priority international markets, including brand mentions, retailer/distributor activity, influencer/partner content and consumer conversation. Track consumer engagement, seasonal trends, user-generated content, and market insights. Verify the use of approved creative assets, messaging, and product information. Report content inaccuracies, outdated assets, or brand-related concerns to internal stakeholders.
- Audit ecommerce platforms and retailer websites for brand consistency and content accuracy. Review product pages, descriptions, imagery, videos, promotions, and customer feedback. Identify and document missing, inaccurate, or outdated content and escalate findings to the appropriate internal stakeholder for correction. Conduct follow-up audits to verify whether identified corrections have been made and flag any outstanding issues. Track product availability, merchandising, and seasonal visibility. Maintain ecommerce audit trackers and reporting.
- Monitor international digital channels for potential brand confusion, inaccurate product representation, misuse of brand assets, and other issues that may impact brand perception. Identify and log potential brand-confusion incidents in shared triage processes and escalate content, campaigns or retailer activity for Brand Protection review as appropriate. Immediately escalate time-sensitive issues involving significant consumer confusion, reputational risk, inaccurate product information, or other urgent brand concerns rather than waiting for the weekly summary. Document and track recurring issues, observations, and escalations across key international markets. Support reporting and trend analysis related to brand confusion incidents.
- Maintain shared Digital Engagement and Brand Protection monitoring trackers, including brand-confusion triage records, issues, opportunities, escalations and resolution status. Prepare concise weekly monitoring summaries for Digital Engagement and International Marketing highlighting issues, outstanding items, trends and opportunities. Prepare an end-of-season recap summarizing key issues, trends, opportunities, retailer/ecommerce findings, brand-confusion incidents, and lessons learned to inform future seasonal planning. Organize screenshots, examples, and supporting materials for presentations and stakeholder communications. Provide general administrative and project support during peak holiday periods.
- Proactively identify, gather, and share international market, consumer, social, content, competitive, and product trends that may inform Global Marketing and global product design and development. Capture representative examples and brief context for meaningful trends and opportunities so they can be easily shared with relevant Global Marketing, Brand, and Product Development teams.
- Ability to work a 40-hour weekly schedule with an early start time to support international markets and limited, scheduled weekend coverage during peak season. Seasonal assignment is expected to run from October 2026 through mid-January 2027. 1-3 years of relevant experience, including internships, in marketing, communications, ecommerce, social media, public relations, international business, retail marketing, or a related field preferred. Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, ecommerce, and consumer brands. Ability to collaborate across Digital Engagement, International Marketing, ecommerce and Brand Protection, identify and escalate issues, communicate findings and follow through on next steps. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with social listening, media monitoring, ecommerce analytics, influencer tracking, or reporting tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to take initiative, work independently, exercise sound judgment, and escalate issues appropriately. Fluency in English, French and Italian is required. Additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Protects company assets through the proper management of asset files and adherence to company policy with regard to information security and management.
- Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, International Business, or a related field preferred.
