About the opportunity

Blue Ash Office Suites (BAOS) is a premium, owner-operated office building on Reed Hartman Highway offering private offices, virtual offices, meeting rooms, and staffed reception to a variety of business professionals.

The business is under new ownership and backed by EquityTeam, one of the region’s most trusted property management firms. We’re investing in the building, the brand, and the client experience — and we’re hiring a General Manager to lead that transformation.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who is energized by change and wants to build something, not simply maintain it.

And it goes beyond one building. In addition to running BAOS, you’ll manage other EquityTeam properties across commercial, HOA, and residential.

What you’ll do

Run Blue Ash Office Suites: own the building’s operations, clients, revenue, and reputation.

Fill the building: give tours, follow up, and close. Grow our office suite, coworking, and virtual office clients.

Know every client and vendor, and own problems until they’re resolved.

Lead the part-time admin team and vendors: scheduling, standards, accountability.

Oversee renovations and improvements alongside our Property Services team.

Own building technology: website, internet and network, copiers, phones, and hardware, including our new RingCentral rollout.

Handle day-to-day bookkeeping in QuickBooks, with support from our finance team.

Grow the BAOS name online and in the community, including the occasional networking event.

What you bring

3+ years in commercial real estate, property management (commercial, HOA, or residential), business operations, or accounting.

Experience managing and scheduling staff and vendors.

Sales skills and the confidence to show space and close deals.

Hands-on tech skills: networks, copiers, phone systems, websites, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. RingCentral is a plus.

A warm, people-first style and clear, proactive communication. You’re comfortable leading change.

Ohio real estate license, or willingness to obtain one.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

The details

$70,000–$80,000 base salary plus performance bonus, with the opportunity to earn $100,000+
