Catering Sales Coordinator in Eatontown, New Jersey at TFE Properties LLC

The Sheraton Hotel of Eatontown is seeking candidates for the position of Catering Sales Coordinator to join our award-winning team. The Catering Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Catering Sales Director in all aspects related to Sales/Catering. This role performs any clerical and administrative duties related to guest and hotel communications, hosting property tours, assist in scheduling, set up, and successful execution of catered events etc.

Responsibilities & Duties

· Upsell clients and improve efficiency of food and beverage options

· Act as a liaison between the Catering Sales Director and clients

· Answer calls, respond to emails, and handle all customer inquiries in a professional manner

· Manages calendars and arranges appointments

· Supports the Catering Sales Director on various tasks like reaching out to clients, working on contracts, etc.

· Performs other duties capable of being performed as requested by Management

Compensation and Benefits include:

• This position offers a starting wage that ranges from $45,000 to $55,000 annually depending on qualifications and experience.
