This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chargé de Comptes, Marché Intermédiaire based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to help growing businesses adopt innovative commerce and financial solutions that support their success.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to negotiation and closing complex deals.
Working with medium-sized businesses across various industries, you will act as a trusted advisor by understanding their challenges and designing tailored solutions.
You will build and manage your own sales pipeline while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Accountabilities:

As a Senior Account Executive focused on the intermediate market, you will drive new business growth by managing complex sales opportunities and building strong relationships with prospective customers. You will combine strategic prospecting, consultative selling, and disciplined pipeline management to consistently achieve revenue objectives.

  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and contract closing.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, social selling, targeted campaigns, and creative prospecting strategies.
  • Identify customer needs and design multi-product solutions adapted to the specific challenges of medium-sized businesses.
  • Collaborate with business development teams to optimize lead flow while independently generating new opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery sessions, deliver impactful presentations, and negotiate complex agreements involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer goals and recommending solutions that create measurable business value.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Implementation, and Operations to deliver consistent customer outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and sales activity tracking using Salesforce and modern sales tools.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record of prospecting, closing complex deals, and building lasting customer relationships.

  • 3+ years of experience managing the full B2B sales cycle with consistent quota achievement.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and acquiring new business opportunities, ideally within SaaS or fintech environments.
  • Experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with longer sales cycles.
  • Ability to build a sales pipeline from the ground up through strategic and targeted prospecting.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across phone, video, and written channels.
  • Consultative selling expertise, with the ability to diagnose business challenges and create customized solutions.
  • Resilient, ambitious, and motivated mindset with strong ownership and determination.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and modern sales technology platforms.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to sell effectively in both French and English.
