POSITION SUMMARY
Assembler 3 can run any station on the floor and is capable of training others. Assembly of raw items into a finished product with the aid of flamers, rivet machines, punch presses and other assorted hand tools. Must pack and lift cartons to pallets, properly tag for identification. Perform housekeeping duties in workstation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
To ensure product meets quality requirements and matches first piece approval. Must be able to operate punch press, rivet guns and other support equipment as workstation dictatePerformance: Perform assigned duties in a timely, efficient, organized, and safe manner to meet customer and stock demands set by the scheduling department.
MINIMUM QUALIFICIATION REQUIREMENTS
- Able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs
- Able to stand for entire shift

- Work all shift and overtime as required
- Able to pack out
- Able to read Bill of Materials
- Able to read Station Lay-out
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to read, write and verbally communicate in English to all levels of the organization.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel.
Work Environment: Employee is frequently exposed to extreme temperatures in warehouse environment: Occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions. Frequently exposed to conditions typically found in a manufacturing plant: Noise, Dust, Heat and Chemicals.
