Job Title: Retail – Sales Representative
Reports To: Store Manager
Location: Winston-Salem – Peacehaven
Pay: Hourly Rate + Commission
Employment Status: Full- Time
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt / Commission Eligibility
This position has typical work hours Monday – Friday from 7:30AM – 4:30PM

Job Summary:
The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with the customer base, and, helping them to meet all their tire and service needs. This person will take incoming calls and walk-in customers and assist with administrative tasks. This person should be friendly, outgoing, results-focused and have keen attention to detail.
Essential Functions and Tasks:
- Promote PTC products and services to both current and target customers.
- Maintain knowledge of products, services, and industry trends and standards.
- Ensure completion of open work orders.
- Follow all safety regulations, processes and procedures required by Parrish Tire Company, TIA, OSHA and NCDOL.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit quotas.
- Review each customer account to maximize customer service.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
- Daily administrative and office task
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in a service related industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in data entry and retrieval (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, basic internet skills)

Required Physical Abilities:
Physical requirements of this position may require a range of activities. These can include, but are not limited to:
- Lifting and carrying – the ability to lift and transport objects of specified weights, which may vary by job. For example, a job may require lifting up 25-50lbs regularly.
- Standing and walking – this position will require standing and walking for periods of time
- Bending and stooping – bending, stooping, or crouching are requiring to effectively preform essential duties of this position.
- Reaching and pushing/pulling – the ability to reach for items, push carts, or pull equipment will be necessary for daily activities.
- Sitting – there will be times this position will be needed to sit for prolonged periods of time.
- This position will also be required to operate certain machinery and other equipment safely.
Work Environment:
This position will require employees to work in certain weather conditions, such as heat, cold, as well as potential confined spaces.
