Class A CDL Truck Drivers for Amazon Freight Partner Solo 2-Regional (Home every 2 days)

At Davis-Jackson Transport Services, LLC, we work 4 days on/4 days off. We pay our Team 40/HRS/WK even if you finish in 30. We are a local small business with the benefits of a large company. We haul exclusively for Amazon. We run sleeper cabs and get our team home to Atlanta every 2 days. We do more than just talk about safety and we understand our company succeeds or fails through our Drivers. Currently looking for night shift drivers.

What you do:

Haul Amazon loads using state of the art Amazon-branded equipment. Run consistent 12-14 hour shifts 4days on/4 days off! 100% no touch freight- no scanners, no tarps, no straps. We Drop & Hook! No doubles, triples, nor HAZMAT. Our team places safety first with nice late model trucks and a full set of safety technology. We ensure compliance at every level while driving an average of 6 stops/day from warehouse to warehouse.

What we do:

• Have you home every 2 days(trucks stay in our yard off Sullivan Rd, not at your house)
• Pay you 40 HRS/WK- $22/hr with opportunities for additional shifts
• OT as available
• Performance Bonus (eligible after 6 months)

What youll do:

1. Haul Amazon loads (drop and hook loads) using state-of-the-art Amazon-branded equipment and technology, including brand new sleeper cabs.
2. Full-time is typically 60hours per week
3. Play an important and respected role in keeping Amazons commitment to exceed customer expectations and deliver packages on time and at the right place

CDL Driver Requirements:

1. Must be at least 21 years old, for insurance purposes
2. Have a valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL)
3. 4 days out/4 days home
4. Must successfully pass DOT physical
5. Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to communicate with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, and to make entries on reports and records
6. No current CDL suspension or revocation
7. Clean Motor Vehicle Record
8. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
9. Must be able to use handheld technology and smart phone applications such as GPS/Navigation/Electronic Log Devices
