Fulfillment Associate in Fort Myers, Florida at Norman Love Confections

Norman Love Confections is looking to hire a full-time Fulfillment Associate. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour plus the ability of overtime. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for the fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery. You may be asked to assist with outbound shipping or product packaging as these three departments work very closely together.

Key Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities for the Fulfillment Manager include but are not limited to the following.

Business Operations:

• Oversee the entire fulfillment process from order receipt to delivery, including maintaining on time delivery to production schedule, ensuring order accuracy, and maximizing productivity.
• Supervising the fulfillment team, including providing guidance, training, and support to team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
• Responsible for adhering to set standards, policies, and procedures.
• Keeping workstations clean

Customer Service:

• Assist to troubleshoot fulfillment issues as they arise and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences.
• Develop and implement strategies that improve fulfillment speed, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Schedule Expectations:

The Fulfillment Supervisor will primarily be working a daytime shift Monday through Friday. Scheduling is always based on business need, so on occasion work might be extended into the evening or on the weekend.
