CNA/SRNA in Grayson, Kentucky at FirstLight Home Care of Eastern KY

The CNA/SRNA is responsible for providing hands-on training, coaching, and skills development to caregivers preparing to work independently in clients’ homes. This position helps caregivers build the confidence, knowledge, and practical skills necessary to provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while following each client’s individualized care plan.

They will demonstrate proper caregiving techniques, observe caregivers as they practice, provide constructive feedback, and ensure caregivers are prepared to handle the daily responsibilities they may encounter in a client’s home.
