- Monitor partner performance and translate data into actionable recommendations, identifying opportunities to improve acquisition efficiency, partner contribution, and overall program performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with partners ranging from independent creators to major media organizations, while collaborating closely with internal growth and cross-functional teams.
- 4+ years of experience managing affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or similar programs, ideally within a consumer technology, fintech, mobile app, or high-growth startup environment.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate networks such as Impact or comparable platforms, including program setup, partner recruitment, tracking configuration, and commission management.
- Demonstrated success developing direct partnership programs from the ground up, including partner identification, commercial negotiations, program structuring, and contract execution.
- Strong understanding of partnership financial management, including budget tracking, invoice approvals, payout reconciliation, and program economics.

- Experience managing creative development and approval processes, with a strong understanding of brand standards, FTC disclosure requirements, financial marketing compliance, and partner quality or fraud monitoring.
- Familiarity with creator and influencer partnership models and how they can complement affiliate and direct partnership strategies.
- Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across creators, publishers, media companies, and internal teams.
- Highly organized and analytical, with the ability to manage numerous partners, contracts, projects, and deadlines while making commercially sound decisions from performance data.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where processes are continually being built and improved.
