Sales Enablement and RFI Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Enablement and RFI Manager based in the United States.

This role is a key opportunity to support commercial growth within a global clinical research environment. You’ll manage and develop high-quality responses to client and prospect Requests for Information (RFIs), while helping teams present their capabilities clearly and persuasively. Working closely with Business Development and functional leaders, you’ll gather, refine, and organize strategic content tailored to customer needs. You’ll also help strengthen content libraries, proposal materials, project experience databases, and commercial presentations. The role combines strategic writing, project coordination, data management, and sales enablement in a collaborative, customer-focused setting. It is well suited to a detail-oriented professional who can turn complex information into polished, compelling business content while managing competing priorities and deadlines.

Accountabilities:
  • Support the preparation of RFI responses by identifying, adapting, and leveraging relevant content from the RFI content database.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and functional leaders to develop tailored responses and refine existing content based on specific client requirements.
  • Write and edit RFI submissions using clear, concise, persuasive business language while ensuring accuracy, consistency, formatting, tone, and compliance with customer requirements.
  • Maintain and enhance the RFI content database by organizing new graphics, presentation slides, written materials, and other reusable content.
  • Conduct regular reviews of existing content to ensure information remains current, accurate, and relevant.
  • Participate in proposal and commercial team meetings to monitor new opportunities, proposal activity, and bid defense requirements while proactively identifying content gaps and opportunities.
  • Refine proposal, commercial document, and presentation templates as new and improved content becomes available.
  • Review and maintain project experience information to ensure project details are complete, accurate, and up to date.
  • Respond to ad hoc information requests from Proposal, Business Development, Finance, and other internal teams.
  • Support the development of proposal documents and bid defense presentations using established templates and source materials.
  • Create PowerPoint slides summarizing therapeutic area experience, project data, team profiles, tables, charts, and other relevant content.
  • Provide backend support for CRM and RFI content management systems, including creating and maintaining fields, workflows, user accounts, permissions, and document structures.
  • Support user administration and training for relevant commercial and content management tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, physical or biological sciences, chemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, business, or a related field, combined with relevant subject-matter experience.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in clinical research/CRO RFI management, proposal support, content management, or library management.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, logical, polished, and persuasive business content.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when reviewing formatting, structure, tone, quantitative information, and overall document quality.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create polished graphs, charts, tables, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage tight submission deadlines, prioritize multiple requests, and maintain quality under occasional time pressure.
  • Experience supporting effective bid defense presentations by gathering and synthesizing input from functional leaders and subject-matter experts.
  • Strong organizational and collaboration skills, with the ability to coordinate information across multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Qvidian, Power BI, or similar CRM, proposal, and data-management platforms is an advantage but not required.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce administration, including fields, objects, user accounts, permissions, and workflows, is a plus.
  • Experience maintaining document architecture and content libraries within proposal management systems is beneficial.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
Benefits:
  • Estimated salary range of $75,000–$110,000 USD.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Generous paid time off and sick leave.
  • Tuition reimbursement.
  • Fitness reimbursement.
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
  • Opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus.
  • Flexible work options, including a remote home-based position from anywhere in the United States in accordance with the applicable work-from-home policy.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing global clinical research organization and work with cross-functional commercial, scientific, and operational teams.
  • Inclusive environment committed to dignity, independence, integration, equal opportunity, and reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
