Job Description
ADAPTOVATE was established in Australia by three ex-BCG Consultants. Globally, we have successfully delivered Agile at Scale transformations for Fortune 100 organizations, individual business units, and start-ups. As a Management Consultant, you won't just be an observer – you will be a catalyst for change. Collaborating within client engagement teams and guided by a Project Lead, you will leverage your expertise to craft work products, take the lead on specific project initiatives, and establish yourself as a trusted subject matter expert.
What will you be doing?- Contribute Strategically - you will play a pivotal role in framing complex issues, structuring problems, and optimizing client processes. Your insights will be the driving force behind effective decision-making.
- Lead Transformation- you will take charge of distinct project initiatives, steering them towards success. You will play a crucial role in driving large-scale transformations working closely with diverse business units to implement Agile methodologies and support the shift towards a customer-centric and iterative working model.
- Business Agility Consulting & Training - you will help clients adopt Agile ways of working effectively and counsel leaders throughout their change journey in developing growth mindsets for continuous improvement.
- Consulting Toolkit Development - you will sharpen your consulting skills by creating engaging presentations, conducting strategic analyses, and applying structured thinking to manage work modules effectively
- Client Interaction - you will build and maintain strong client relationships through a deep understanding of their needs, delivering impactful solutions, and presenting insights and recommendations
- Team Collaboration - you will play a proactive role in team success by organising work, facilitating effective meetings, embracing new challenges, and fostering a supportive and knowledge-sharing environment
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in any academic discipline
- Proven experience in management consulting
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges
- Proficiency in proposal writing, report creation and client presentation development
- A consulting mindset characterized by structured thinking and a relentless drive for impact
- Computer skills, including advanced Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including confidence to deal with senior level contacts, internally and externally
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to work on client sites
- Practical experience or a particular interest in Agile ways of working would be an asset
- Agile frameworks and methodologies certificates e.g. PMI, ITIL; Agile: PSM, CSM, SAFe Agilist, AgilePM or similar would be an asset
- Knowledge of additional language would be a great asset
- Ideally based in London Area, however we are also open for Candidates from other locations
