Maintenance Managment Analyst at Americas Staffing Partner Inc – Camp Lejeune, North Carolina

A qualified Maintenance Management Analyst needed to work with The Battalion Maintenance Management Officer at Camp Lejeune. This analyst will recommend maintenance priorities, refine procedures, and mentor company-level maintenance representatives to ensure compliance with Marine Corps order.

Job Duties:

• Assist the Battalion Maintenance Management Officer by monitoring and managing overall materiel readiness status, identifying trends, recommending immediate and long-term corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with Marine Corps policies.
• Recommend maintenance priorities of work by assessing equipment readiness and coordinating resource allocation and scheduling with company-level representatives.
• Improve maintenance management procedures through reviews of current processes, refined SOPs, and better data capture in GCSS-Marine Corps.
• Mentor company-level maintenance representatives by providing training, guidance, and best practices for day-to-day operations.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using GCSS-Marine Corps, Microsoft365, and other systems, producing monthly and ad hoc reports that depict readiness metrics and compliance issues.
• Communicate and collaborate closely with battalion staff officers, presenting data in clear oral and written formats. The analyst will support compliance and audit efforts by meeting Marine Corps and DoD standards and updating documentation for inspections.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• USMC maintenance management leadership and inspection experience with knowledge of USMC orders and directives.
• Hands-on experience and training for battalion-level maintenance operations in GCSS-Marine Corps and other systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and proven capability to work with battalion-level staff officers.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft365 applications and Teams.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Possess a SECRET clearance
