Are you passionate about cooking and ready for an adventure in one of Alaska’s most breathtaking destinations? Icy Strait Point is looking for skilled and enthusiastic Line Cooks to join our team and create delicious, high-quality meals for guests from around the world!

? Prepare a variety of dishes, including main courses, desserts, and appetizers.
? Follow recipes and menu items set by the Head Chef to ensure quality and consistency.
? Work efficiently in a team-oriented kitchen while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
? Assist with kitchen setup, stocking, and cleaning to keep things running smoothly.
? Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
? Adapt and shift to different stations or duties as needed.

? Prior kitchen or restaurant experience required. Prefer 5 years.
? Ability to work on your feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
? Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with servers and chefs.
? Willingness to live and work in a remote, rural community and travel by small plane or ferry.
? Comfortable working in a busy kitchen with heat, noise, and various food aromas.

?? Standing & walking over 5 miles a day.
?? Lifting up to 40 lbs.
?? Ability to bend, stretch, kneel, and squat as needed.
?? Work in a fast-paced kitchen with minimal break time.
