About This Position
Thrive Urgent Care in Torrance is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!
We opened in March 2022 and continue to grow!

Successful candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in veterinary medicine andan active CA RVT license or working towards licensure. Experience in emergency or exotics highly preferred.

Successful candidates will:
- demonstrate compassion and care for our client's animals.
- effectively and respectfully communicate with all fellow team members and clients.
- have the ability tomulti-task, work well with others, and be self-motivated.
- perform triage
- behighly skilled intechnical work in a fast-paced veterinary setting,
- be proficient in venipuncture, IV catheter placement, digital radiography,
- assist with anesthetic procedures as needed(eg.Urethral obstructions, laceration repairs),
- value clienteducation, andassist with some reception work when needed.
Hourly Wage: $20-$29 /hour depending on experience and skillset.
