Here’s a sneak peek at your day-to-day: • Cleaning interior and exterior windows, glass doors, and other surfaces until they shine. • Making sure every surface is streak-free and spotless. • Using and maintaining tools like ladders, extension poles, and squeegees (don’t worry, we’ll train you!). • Keeping an eye out for any window damage or maintenance needs and reporting them. • Stocking and maintaining the company vehicle—keeping it clean and ready to roll. • Power washing to clean and maintain the appearance of properties, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, and siding. • Installing, maintaining, and removing holiday lighting and decorations for clients. • Always following safety protocols, especially when working at heights. • Wrapping up each job site so it’s spotless, and clients are impressed! • Bringing the One Home Solution values to life through your work and interactions. What We’re Looking For: No experience? No problem! We’re happy to provide training. But if you bring prior experience, that’s a bonus! Here’s what makes a great fit: • A friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills. • Comfort working at heights (yes, there will be ladders). • Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, crouch, and stand for long periods. • A detail-oriented mindset and pride in doing a job well. • Solid time management and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. • A valid driver’s license. • A willingness to work outdoors in all kinds of weather.
