SH America, Inc. is located near GM and Vera Bradley in Roanoke, Indiana. We are ramping up production in our brand new facility that will be manufacturing Electric Vehicle battery parts in a temperature controlled, cleanroom environment. There will be consistent opportunity for Overtime!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain machines in a manufacturing environment
• Ensure machines operation for maximum production runs, including some programming
  and adjusting settings to ensure quality and output are achieved
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform troubleshooting on machines with guidance from Supervisor, Quality, Engineering
• Oversee other team members on production line and assist where needed to ensure
  operation and output are maximized
• Use associated controls, devices, and measuring instruments to ensure accuracy
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Skills:

• Experience operating machines is preferred, but not required
• Strong machine, production, manufacturing aptitude is helpful
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings
• Familiarity with manufacturing environment processes and procedures

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a growing industry that will become a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machines and/or working in a production environments. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
