We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated Engineering Technician / Designer to join our Transportation practice for a full-time position in our Albany, NY office.
Duties include:
- Generate highway, bridge and site plans along with the associated details.
- Assist technical staff in specialized designs.
- Provide MicroStation and InRoads support and analysis.
Requirements
- A.S. degree or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school in CAD or Drafting.
- 2-5+ years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of MicroStation and InRoads is preferred.
- Knowledge in NYSDOT CAD standards and the basics of transportation design a plus.
Estimated Pay Range: $26 – 32/hour.
Actual compensation may vary based on related work experience, geographical location and market conditions, education/training, certifications, and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
