As a Part-Time Retail Associate, you will play a key role in assisting customers, managing inventory, operating store equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. You will grow to become an expert in our services, products, and value options, enabling you to advise customers with accurate and helpful information.

Compensation: Competitive industry pay starting at $17 per hour.

• Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone.

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, and packaging needs.

• Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale devices, including cash and credit card payments.

• Operate store equipment such as copiers, laminators, and fax machines confidently and expertly.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

• Take ownership of customer needs and offer viable solutions.

• Continuously learn about products, services, and industry trends.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to spelling and math.

• Professional appearance, prompt, dependable, and responsible.

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds comfortably.

• Availability for 15–30 hours per week, with flexibility to cover opening or closing shifts.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service.

• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling.

• Experience in a shipping or printing environment.

• Texas Notary certification (preferred). If not currently certified, we offer to cover the cost of your certification.

Flexible shifts available:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM

• Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Sunday: 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM

• Weekend shifts are rotated among team members.
