Part-Time Warehouse Technician at Guarantee Restoration Services – Saint Rose, Louisiana

We're looking for a Part-Time Warehouse Technician to join our New Orleans team!

• Starting pay is $16-$18 per hour depending on experience
• Part Time position requiring 20-25 hours per week, with shifts from 7AM-11AM, Monday-Friday

Job Overview: As a Warehouse Technician, you will play a key role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that equipment, supplies, and materials are properly organized, inventoried, and ready for use in our restoration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a part-time job and who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

What you'll be responsible for as a Warehouse Technician:

• Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and organize incoming supplies and equipment. Ensure inventory is properly labeled, tracked, and stored.
• Equipment Preparation: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of equipment and tools for restoration jobs. Ensure items are in good working order and ready for deployment.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by organizing storage areas, cleaning equipment, and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Assisting Technicians: Provide support to field technicians by preparing and staging materials and equipment for upcoming restoration projects.

What you need to have:

· Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management is preferred but not required.

· Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., stand, bend, and perform manual tasks for extended periods.

· Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in inventory management.

· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

· Technical Aptitude: Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting is a plus.

• Must have and maintain a valid driver's license
• Must be reliable, dependable, and drug free
• Forklift certification/willing to become certified
