Job Description: As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essentially, this role will help create the operational foundation we need to continue to move fast.

Salary$100k-$140k
ITAR RequirementsTo conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), you must be a (i) U.S. citizen or national, (ii) U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), (iii) Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or (iv) Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Government.

Job Description: As we continue to scale, we’re looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our executive team and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Essentially, this role will help create the operational foundation we need to continue to move fast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to executives, managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, prioritizing communications and ensuring seamless workflow.
- Coordinate company-wide events, off-sites, and key meetings with external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with document preparation, reports, and internal communications.
- Support operational needs, including office management tasks and vendor coordination.
- Anticipate the needs of the leadership team and proactively resolve issues before they arise.
General Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years in an EA or administrative role, preferably in a high-growth startup, aerospace, or tech environment.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-moving environment and excel at keeping things on track.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Problem Solver: You think ahead, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, scheduling tools, and general office software.
- Discretion & Integrity: You’ll be handling sensitive company information, so trust and confidentiality are essential.
