Position: Bookkeeper

Type: Full-Time Exempt, At-Will Employment

Compensation: Based on experience, $40,000 - $60,000

Work Location: Primarily in-office environment with the potential for some work from home

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
• Reconcile financial statements and maintain accurate records
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets
• At least one year of work experience
• Experience with QuickBooks, preferred but not required
